The garden space is surprisingly lush for such a concrete jungle, providing a great spot to unwind amidst the city's chaos. The historical vibe of the lobby gives the impression of stepping back into a bygone era, which adds a unique charm to the overall experience.
Breakfast is a letdown—few western options, and the spread gets old real fast since it doesn't change much. The air conditioning in the room was a nuisance, not cooling properly despite attempts to adjust it. The mattresses felt worn out, hinting at some overdue upgrades. If you plan on dining at the teppanyaki restaurant, be ready for tiny portions that might make you feel more insulted than satisfied. navigating the busy breakfast dining area on peak days can be chaotic, as it was poorly prepared during busy periods, leading to long waits and neglected tables.

Charming Stay with Room for Improvement
I enjoyed the beautiful gardens and the welcoming atmosphere. Dining at the teppanyaki restaurant was a premium experience, but prepare for smaller portions. Service varied—while one staff member was pleasant, another made me feel unwelcome. For future guests, don’t miss the Former French Cookies—a true delight!

I had a great time at this hotel with my friends. The location is convenient, close to metro stations, and the gardens are beautiful. We enjoyed relaxing in the indoor pool and getting a workout at the gym. The staff were really helpful and welcoming throughout our stay.
One downside was dining at the Japanese restaurant. it was a bit disappointing, especially since the restaurant was quite busy during our stay with other guests.

I really enjoyed my six-night stay, especially the lovely garden and outdoor space for morning walks. The indoor pool and spa were perfect for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. Just a heads-up, the breakfast could use a bit more Western variety, but that didn't stop me from enjoying my time! 🌼
